So I was putting my CVT back together after changing to 2000RPM clutch springs and 5G slider weights, I was 5 seconds from finished tightening my variator nut, when my strap wrench jerked to the side and busted off half of one of the fan "blades" Should I be worried that this might cause an issue, or does it not really matter? I have spare engines that I can grab another fan off of, but I'm lazy

Half of a fan blade shouldn't cause any trouble. I guess it'd be out of balance a little, but it's probably out of balance anyway.

I would'nt worry about it too much. I don't think they do a whole lot anyway. My Daelim S-Five did'nt even have one.
