There's two screws on the outside and should be two inside attached to the handlebars.

There's two screws on the outside and should be two inside attached to the handlebars. I think I see what your talking about but the space is so small no way for me to fit any screw driver there let alone get my hand in that space. |

 You have to take the two screws out of the side and pull the back (cluster side) off first. Then you have easy access to the 2 screws holding the front on. Oh there's a screw in the bottom center too on the cluster side iirc. |
