I wanted to pass along my great experiences with the SSS. He in in the good ol USA. Has a good selection of parts and competive prices. All of my orders were shipped the same day. Nothing but good experiences with them. Mostly Honda related stuff but has a fair amount of Minarelli stuff also along with custom manufactured parts for specific motors swaps. Here is my experiences.
I'v placed 2 orders from Brandon(ScooterSwapShop). Received one but not the other. Didn't answer or return phone calls. Did not respond to emails until I filed a dispute with paypal. Took several days to get things resolved. I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience.
Id give him another shot, but only if it was a sale and the communication was better.

That sucks, I'm not sticking up for the guy but out of the usual places I order from I've had better experience with him. He actually write back to my emails within minutes not days like other shops.

You are lucky. When I placed my first order and it never showed except for one part that dropped shipped from HI. I sent several emails and called and never got a response. The only way I could get his attention was to file a dispute thru paypal. Then all of a sudden he took notice. He claimed my package was lost and he was filing a lost package claim. I spoke to the shipper(usps) and the only thing linked to the tracking # was that a shipping label was created. It was never scanned nor a lost claim linked to the package(tracking #). Who would you believe ? Then when paypal did the refund, they messed up and refunded the whole thing when it was supposed to be only a partial refund. Then he went on a rant claiming I was trying to scam him and rip him off. I explained I agreed to the partial refund but paypal messed up but he just kept going. An hour later on the phone late one night with paypal I had the problem resolved. I feel I put more effort into the issue than he could of. I went far and above what I should of or was obligated to do. I just wish he put the same effort in for me, the customer. Then all I kept hearing from him was he was a good guy and everyone was trying to screw/scam him. I guess it was my fault by placing and order, paying in full, never receiving it, trying to figure out what happened, getting refunded for what I didn't receive. Yup I am the bad guy for wanting to do business with him. He claims he supports everything he sells, I have a issue with a current installation and his response to the problem "I think its some inconsistencies on the cases." which from the pictures was a no brainier, his response did not support a solution in remedying the problem. Thanks for nothing. I get better support from the members here that owe me nothing. I spent a few hundred bucks with him and I am left high and dry. |

I have never dealt with him. Prices seem a tad high. But he sure does have some nice stuff! I want this pipe he has, bad! Polini pipe for the AF16/18 |

I was strongly considering that one but I got my arrow for about the same. He's getting more in about 4-5 weeks. As he says.
I guess I got lucky dealing with him. I've had plenty of issues with others. I just felt I was treated right by him.

I am close to getting a chamber pipe for the Kymco, might just get the one Autotech has on feebay. or the arrow, or the polini LOL! |

Nothing a file couldn't cure. I'll tell you trying the v8 then my hand made and then the arrow each change of pipe I dropped 20-30 degrees. The v8 ran the hottest. On the same carb tune. Do you want to try my homemade pipe out? If it works for you then we can talk.
