Here is my experiences. I'v placed 2 orders from Brandon(ScooterSwapShop). Received one but not the other. Didn't answer or return phone calls. Did not respond to emails until I filed a dispute with paypal. Took several days to get things resolved. I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience. Id give him another shot, but only if it was a sale and the communication was better. Hey, what order was it? There was a REALLY hard time for me, inbetween moving shops, where alot of stuff fell through the cracks. if you did not receive the part, Im sure you got a refund. Also, I have about $2500 in packages lost every year with usps. It common when your shipping 150-200 packages a month. It sucks but it happens. I don't believe in unhappy customers, so let me know what I can do, and I am MORE than happy to make it right. |

Being a one man shop is MUCH harder than it looks. For most of you that don't know me, Im a full time electrician, with kids, and the hobby grew into a business, and I LOVE it. But it has its challenges. Poke around and you won't find many unhappy customers. I'm hoping to make the switch full time, but the numbers have to work out to support the booger eaters. Anyways, what important is I'm here, and I'm happy to clear anything up and do what it takes to make it right. So lets do this.  Thanks for the support ryan. I need to do an introduction here so people know what Im about. |

What was the order number? Or the part that didn't show up? I want to look into it and make sure you were refunded. I don't have a lot of sales because most of my parts ship faster and are less than most shops. I also take all returns as long as they are in packaging with no restocking and I always swap items out. I also warranty everything as a lot of shops won't . Either way I want to look into the transaction to see what I could have done better.

SSS.. I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts from him in the last 6months.. Not one lost part.. Being I'm in Hawaii once or twice its taken a week to arrive but usually in 3days of being shipped out..I recently had a part fail prematurely an he offered to replace it.. For me one of the best places to get dio/Mina parts..

I've ordered from him as well. Shipped fast, no problems at all. Love his selection of parts. Absolutely gonna pick up the Polini carb kit for my Spree in a couple months when I start phase 2.

I haven't ordered from SSS but he has been lurking on the Making Slow Look Fast Carolina Scooter Club page as well as my personal page of Facebook and I have to say he sells some NICE stuff. . .still haven't recieved any free swag yet though. . . come on bro help a cofounder out here. . .lol but he seems good people even if he does piss off some completely insane people from time to time.
