The motor mounts are in the wrong place for starters. The 50cc mounts on the bottom and the 150cc on the top.

Ok. Thanks this is the kind of stuff I need to know. I have a 50cc and I have to ride on 2 lane hwys.The 50cc just aint fast enough, somebody gonna make me a greesey spot on the road.Any thing over 50 is illegal in SC any ideas to make it run close to traffic speed,and pull hills better? I might be able to make something for the motor mounts(friend is good at making stuff like that).Are there any other big problems with 50 to 150.Will a big bore kit make much diffrence on pulling hills and a steady 40-45 mph.

:welcome: If you have to travel 2 lane highways, you'd be better off with a motorcycle license and a larger scoot. You can do a reliable 40-45MPH on flat ground with a big bore kit and tuning, but you won't sustain that on hills unless they're very minor hills. You can get a 150cc conversion, but it's expensive and it stretches the scoot out so it's kinda obvious it's not stock. monstergy6.com/product_MGY6_mounts.htm

Ive got a 2005 Triton R4 50cc with 4500 miles on it.The engine was ran without oil and she died now I'm thinking about putting a 150cc 4 stroke on it.Any one ever done this before. I bought a Pace of $hit sunny 50 cc that is to small for me there is a shop that has a new 150cc for stroke that I'm trading the sunny for. Thanks for your help.

:welcome: If that's a 2T Triton, I'd rather have the 2T. lol Then you can even have it all original looking so no one has to be any wiser. At any rate, the 2T and the 150 are both top mount motors. Otherwise I couldn't tell ya.

I'm new to the scooter world what's t2? I bought it from the H.D. Dealer in Daytona FL. in 05 then sold it and now bought it back for $50.00. It would run 47mph on flat roads and I'm 225lbs.Any ideas on what i can expect with the 150 cc?

2T = 2 Takt = 2 Stroke
Expect about 55-60MPH out of the 150.

Could go either way. If you were considering a 150cc, I think you could go with a 90cc and be pretty pleased after it's tuned. That would bolt in rather than needed a bunch of mods if you get the proper one (short or lon case, more info on 90cc swaps in the tech library). Then again, you could do it the cheap way and just get a 70cc top end for what you have, assuming the bottom end (crank and bearings) are OK.

The larger version of what you have already, the 90cc Minarelli style. Parts For Scooters carries them.
