Finally got the scooter running again so now I can work on performance again. It gets up to 50 MPH...so I guess I cant ask for much more there. My problem is how long it takes to get to 50. Once it hits 10 MPH it takes forever to get to 30 and sometimes it just doesnt want to go past.
So...I can either do a BBK or replace the torque springs and rollers....which should I try first? What would be the best springs and rollers to purchase?

I would go with a big bore kit if budget allows. No one other mod will get you the same kind of power increase across the rev range.
If you do go with CVT mods isntead you will probably be looking for about 4g rollers or if you choose sliders somewhere between 4-5g maybe. I'd skip the torque spring for now and do clutch springs. 2000RPM will probably be the best bet.

hmm, Well I guess I will try the 2k clutch springs and 5g sliders and see where it gets me.
One other problem I noticed is...even with the new CDI sometimes my scooter stops at 30...other times it has no problem going up to 50.
