My rear tire is a 130-70-12 59J. Not paying attention to the last three numbers I ordered a new tire. It's the same size (130-70-12) but the last three numbers are 62P. The New tire almost looks a little smaller but it's hard to tell with the old one still on the wheel. Does anyone know what the difference is in these two tires if any?

I believe the speed rating is a letter. ex.J=60mph The numbers at the end represent weight ex. 59J would mean the tire is speed rated for 60mph and weighs 243kg

I think 2strokd is correct. Acoording to the link I posted, 59 = load capacity of 536lbs (so yeah, go ahead and get it on one wheel ;D) and J = 62MPH.

It looked to me like he's sitting on a spring loaded seat with a lot of travel because the wheels have no suspension. Rigid frame.
Boing Boing Boing! lol

Yeah I hoped he was strapped to that seat. I'd hate too see him get bounced off and run over by the giant bike. lol
