I've already had this built for about a month or so. It started off as me having a stock Zuma motor laying around and a bunch of brand new unused bore kits for it. My first engine combination was a 47mm bore kit with a 47.6mm high compression head, koso 1500rpm contra Spring, koso 99mm varitor, a malossi Delta clutch with white springs, stock 14.6 gears and a big 130/90/10 tire, a Leo vince zx hand made 70cc pipe, hoca intake manifold with carbon fiber reeds, with a 120 main 48 pilot inside a 24mm oko power jet carb. Stock gears were pretty limited to about 48-51mph screaming at those speeds I have no tach so I don't know how high into the rpms I was. That setup was pretty good but I got my hands on a charmo 47.6mm auxiliary ported cermic coated aluminum kit that I didn't hesitate to install, with everything else I had it was running really good I was able to push the gears to the point the were whining really bad, I hit about 56mph. It was running great but it was to good to be true the wrist pin clip broke on me on the way back from a ride through red canyon that engine setup ran great made me pretty upset so about a week ago I bought a jog90 longcase from scrappydog and pulled out my old Yamaha engine put in my new 90 with its 54mm bore kit making it a 96cc engine it's pretty quick I'm going to put some pictures up in a bit so everyone can see it.

Looks like a good swap! I had a taotao and considered doing this but I went another route. Looks good, would like to see more pics when you get time.

Sounds like a nice setup! If you ever decide to sell that LVHM70 pipe let me know. I've been wanting one

What pipe are you running on the 90? Have you installed the hoca 90 variator yet? The engine rocks...doesn't it?

I'm running the Leo Vince hand made zx 70 pipe. I really like the pull this engine setup has but I need just a hair bit more throttle response I can't find my intake spacer so I have to make a new one. I haven't purchased a the hoca variator yet but I think I'll just grab the koso I was running before. I've got six gram rollers in the bike now and they feel only slightly heavy but it pulls hard my buddies ministroker polini dio pulls on me after we start getting into the upper 50s I haven't had my GPS on yet but I'm doing those speed runs this weekend after I get my new front tire and front brake pads.

The engine is a 1e50qmf longcase jog90 from scrappydog I've been playing with there parts for a while. Most of my setups I ran were mismatched I just made sure everything was properly time and tuned and it's worked out. I didn't get to fully test out my 47.6mm Frankenstein build because of a broken wrist pin clip sucks because that was a fun build.
