Well, last summer, I laid my 08 Roketa Cyprus 250 down ( well, it laid me down.. more like threw me down.....) and as a result the turn signal cover and lense were snapped off of the front fairing. As far as the signal light itself, I relocated it to what used to be my running lights. Now I am left with these ugly things stuck to the sides if my bike. Here is what I am talking about: s19.postimg.org/hw0rlnvbn/IMG_20160423_162130.jpgNow, I am getting ready to paint the whole bike, and am wondering what would be the best way to eliminate these things( both are smashed ) I have never liked the way those pods looked, but they looked a lot better before I spilled the thing. I think it would look a lot better once I get rid of those pieces of signal pods. This is the reason I am painting the bike, the original owner left it set, uncovered in the sun for a few years, all year long. It's faded, the red is turning orange, and there is a bit of scaling on the right side seat bucket. Looks rather bad heh?? s19.postimg.org/qffk5oeab/IMG_20160423_162140.jpg

Thinking of fiberglass mat and resin, but IDK. I do know that the repair will be thick, so no Bondo, but other than that I am in the dark.

Check out(google) truck cab lights. You might find something that can fit the opening that the old turn signals were located in.

I did find some marker lights ( led ) on Ali, but I think I will like the sleek look of the fairings without the fixtures being there.
Was told by a few folks that the relocated signal lights are more noticeable than the stock placement. Going to take the fairings all apart, and maybe change the new signal bulbs to LED type. If I do that I will have to get a low draw flasher too, right?

Sometimes the stock indicator in the dash is enough to keep the old flasher working, sometimes it's not. Occasionally, you may get lucky and the stock flasher still works. If not, no big deal. Just make sure you get a 3 wire LED flasher. The two wire kind have never worked for me.
