Rieju RR Sport 2005 Project

Hello everybody! I recently joined this forum and i noticed that it has a really nice community and everyone is very friendly and helpfull.
I noticed this thread called "Builds" and i just felt like i had to share my creation,Im new to building scooters so its going really slow ,but the result so far is looking really great (Atleast for me)

So here it is my Rieju,bought it somewhere around April's end and began working on it



So far it has 80cc Big Bore kit,new chain,new filters,and some other stuff
This is how it looked when i stripped it



I painted the frame black and the plastics Blue





And this is how far ive gotten with this build,Im currently fixing the front forks.




Finally fixed the front forks and finished my project! It really drives like a dream! Only problem is that my speedo cable broke,so i dont know how fast im going.

Nice bike. We don't really get full size dirtbikes with small engines over here in the US too much. Most of the 50-100cc machines end up being small kids bikes.

You didn't mention an aftermarket exhaust, so an aftermarket tuned pipe would be my suggestion for the next mod.

Thanks! I don't have an aftermarket exhaust because they're quite expensive in my country.But what i did is just fit an exhaust off of a diffrent 80cc bike so its all good,it was like made for it.

Thanks! My dad specifically fixes car and bike appearance(Dents,plastics,removes rust,etc),so he taught me how to fix the plastics and then he painted it.
And my plans are exactly that! I love supermoto's too

Cool! There's just something about supermoto's that are so cool. I have one myself, but it's a 4 stroke and I'd much rather have a 2 stroke. Unfortunately, they aren't legal on the roads where I live.

Nice work so far. The paint looks good.
A lot of the Rieju bikes use the Yamaha/Minarelli engines so very tuneable

Finally finished putting it all together! Very happy with the result considering its my first bike ever!

Worked a lot on those!
Those Minarelli Am6 engines are dieing to be modded! Just as much aftermarket parts are available for those as for the Minarelli scooter engines!
