22mm exhaust port, sport pipe like the giannelli reverse and a tuned up carb and cvt i was hiting pik power at 9.000 and rev freely until 10.500 I am thinking about adding yellow Polini clutch springs (4500-5500) rpm so I can get a more powerful start and because I feel lots of power after 6k I think it would be better to add heavier rollers to get more vmax. My carb now has a bigger nozzle so I guess it feeds the kit with a good mixture, however I cant feel the difference between my old cyl and this one before 6k rpm.. It makes vibrations and doesnt pull very powerful.. For the RPM zone, I have the electrical restriction wire removed long time ago. Also the exhaust is changed so I guess the aren't any more restrictions on the bike? I guess the CDI is restricting the bike to 9500 rpm or that's just it? Maybe the kit is not powerful enough and it cant go more?

The ehaust port on the china bbk is hight 22/21mm and need very good combo for sqush/compresion so you can make speed and power, also aim the roller weight so you can have 8500 to 9500 powerband, heavy rollers and pipe dont match, you have to take the cvt where the powerband on the BBK and pipe (8500 until 10.000)

I am riding every day and passed more than 250km with the new kit. I think there is a problem with my cvt which has been there even before I added the kit. The bike has a "hole" in the acceleration at 5k - 6krpm? It's like something makes him not accelerate. I dont know how to explain it but I can feel it in that RPM zone it just makes a strange reaction like it loses little of power and does not accelerate as it pulls after those rpm. I thought maybe adding different clutch springs for engaging at 5000 rpm so I could skip that "hole" in acceleration?

You can try clutch springs and lighter rollers or sliders or a stiffer contra spring may help. Some variators do a good job of getting revs up quickly. The Malossi OR variator is really good at that.

Sounds like you might be describing the shift of a dual angle torque driver as a "hole" in the acceleration? A straight angled Torque driver can eliminate that...

Wohoooo!! Finally guys I got this beast's power released! I installed a POLINI Hi-Speed Variator and Polini Air Speed Var. Pulley! Also POLINI BLUE clutch springs added for engaging at more RPM! I am getting the real power of the scoot and cruise speeds are really better. Also the "hole" thing was caused because of my polini belt, it was 1mm bigger than the one that fits now. Alright so I got a very good start and with full throttle it revs to about 8000 rpm and then "calms" down to normal rpm but accelerates continiously. I got a vmax of 85kmh on my scoot tacho but I discovered that it gives me unreal stats (-10kmh) I proved this with GPS on my phone and I got a vmax of 92kmh. I am very happy with the results I got. Cruise speeds are good at around 55kmh on 6300rpm. The engaging is a little bit too powerful because it start pulling right straight off where the kit has it's full potential and power. I will try to get used to it because I already spent a lot of money on my bikey, now I am looking forward on making it look even better. More pictures comming soon after I do some customizations. Also if you're interested I can record an acceleration video
