Hello, I recently installed a 82 cc bbk in my lance 49cc gy6. I installed the 20 mm carb. The thing didn't run at all before and now its running decently.
I had made the mistake of installing a synthetic blend as the first oil for the new cylinder / rings. I did some fine tuning to the carb at this point in time. I think this is where I screwed up and over riched it. I got it so that it would idle.
So after about 35 total miles ( maybe 10 after the carb adjustment) I did an oil change to some conventional 10/40. I noticed the original was a bit watery when I did this change, but I wasn't 100% sure.
I noticed it was slugging out a bit on the way in this morning and I thought it was running rich. I decided I better check the oil in case what I thought might be happing was. I pulled out the dipstick and immediately I knew I was in trouble.
A mix of oil and fuel poured out of the dipstick hole.
Can anyone give me a hand with the following:
What damage may have been done. I've got about 15 or 20 miles on it since the second oil change.
Where is the carb adjustment guide, the one that describes how to do adjust the air flow mix by listening to rpms.
Is there anything else I should be checking here, I am going to do an oil change (at work) and adjust the carb before I go home today (sometime).
Thanks.

If gas is getting into the crankcase then it sounds like maybe the carb is overflowing into the air filter box and then the fuel is flowing down the crankcase vent tube into the valve cover. I've never seen that happen before but hey, anything's possible I guess.
Check the petcock. Remove the fuel line from carb. If fuel flows with the engine off then the petcock is bad.
Remove the vacuum line from the intake boot. If fuel flows out of the vacuum line the petcock is bad.
Check the float in the carb to make sure it's operating freely and the float valve pin is getting pushed up all the way to shut off the fuel flow.
Post a couple pictures of it from different angles

No i just have my valve cover breather running free towards the back of the bike, I have a performance air filter on it and the airbox is off of the bike. I think the carb is just adjusted too rich.

The carb air/fuel adjustment would have nothing to do with fuel in the oil.

You can actually run so rich that gas will get past the rings and into the oil. It's gotta be incredibly rich to do it though. You should be having serious power/rideability issues if it's that rich. I don't mean,"Hmmm, it feels a bit off"... I'm talking,"What the ___ is wrong with this thing!?!?". Gas can wash down the walls, so they aren't lubed with oil and can cause premature wear there and the thinned out oil can cause premature wear on all sorts of internals. ok, maybe i was just being an idiot. I may have just over filled it, I drained the oil and it was 1 and 3/4 500 ml waterbottles full. 750 ml. Wich is what the capacity of the gy6 is. I think i thought that it was gas because it was hot and not very viscous. after I drained the oil when it was cold, it seemed to be about the right amount and the right viscocity. So now i put in another 750 ml , and i think its a bit high again but shouldn't hurt anything.
My dipstick does not have a dot on it, how far up is it supposed to be on the dipstick ?

Full mark indicated below. I do NOT screw the dipstick in when checking the level. If it's slightly above the full mark that's okay. the scooter must be sitting level on the center stand.
