Well, I totally messed up on the motor mounts. Wasred all day trying to get them to somehow work. Just going to cut the ones off the other frame and weld them onto the trike. I was really hoping that I would be done with it by today. I guess tomorrow has my name on it. At least it will be cooler tomorrow. 99 degrees sucks!

Well got it all together today. Too it for a test run. First run everything went well except radiator fan would not turn on. Second run it started to overheat. So tomorrow I will be looking at fixing that. Also have to try to find out how to do a alignment on this thing. And I just ordered carbon fiber and blue mirror chrome vinal to wrap this thing.

Yes it is! I got it running. Its not overheating. There was a leak in the radiator that I fixed. This thing will almost pull a wheelie! Maybe with a few add-ons it will. Not really sure if i want to do that. Well, it's almost time to get back to my 2 stroke projects!

Took it out for its first real test run today. Have to move the upper shock mounts about 1/4 inch. Tire is rubbing against them. And have to find out if my charging system is bad or if just a bad battery. No kick start on this engine. Vinal wrap should be in tomorrow. So ill be getting the plastics ready for that.

No, I'm not. Its on the bench for right now. Going to move the shocks here in a bit. Someone stole my multimeter so I'm going to need to buy another to check the charging issue. Not to familiar with liquid cooled engines so going to take it slow. Online it said that the engineering I put in brand new cost 945 bucks. That's crazy! I paid 40 for the whole scooter.

Well, every thing was running real good up until this morning.it seems like the trike is starting to fall apart. Is this engine to powerful for the frame? Or maybe I just have to replace the engine mount bushings. It was running a lil hot so i decided to put a second fan on the radiator. It helped but then the radiator cracked at the inlet so i jb welded it. Some plastics started breaking where they are screwed on. I'm going to repair using fiberglass. Not big problems just little tedious ones. Hopefully I will be able to ride it without worries for an extended period of time. My friend is helping me with paint.going to be mostly black with some silver. For now until i can afford the color I really want to get. I was thinking a burnt orange metallic. Tried the vinal wrap and failed on Multiple occasions so i gave it up. Definately not easier! Unless u have flat surfaces.would have looked bad ads though! Pics will come soon.

Teething trouble's are going to crop up building so something this special. You will get there. I love the burnt orange like the old Ford focus ST, nearly painted the Slider that colour, then went for some thing more expensive!  |

So the trike has been running ok, still a lot of vibration but i think I have that covered. Radiator started leaking so put on a different one and guess what! That one has a leak 2! Just my luck I guess.my friend is going to weld the one up for me at his work since j don't have the right equipment. 100 degrees tomorrow! Won't be doing much. Maybe try to finish up paint? It will dry quick.
