Can I ask a question . Somewhere in one of your posts I think I remember you mentioning that you changed the color of your headlight by painting or coating the lens . Am I correct or am I going crazy ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) I have a headlight unit that has little LED lights either side that I was hoping to use as turn signals , but the light that they emit is white and here in Australia turn signals have to be Amber in color . Do you , or anyone else know if I can coat the lenses of these LED's so the light that they give off is Amber or close to it . Thanks Ken

As long as it doesn't get to hot. There are actually "Amber" led bulbs, some just have covers some are actually Amber colored LEDs. Check eBay, should have some. What bulb size/number?

I bought a 12-ton press as I want to learn to rebuild forks and cut crankshafts. In my attempt to press out the axle pin from the fork for another bike, it exploded in my face... well close to it. (shot in the next video). I had this one already apart and just coated. putting it back together was super easy with the press though. I guess lesson learned.... ![](https://i.imgur.com/Fn99ltB.jpg) ![](https://i.imgur.com/8SFcQSo.jpg) I am currently adjusting the fender on it, attacking the engine tomorrow finally!

We are moving! 225cc at 126/176 with 10.9:1 and 1.7mm squish. I like this cylinder design, really. RD350 reeds straight into it. There is a lot of potential. I am going to run this first with a torquey box exhaust but am planning on getting a proper pipe made for it. Pics today from my build process. I aligned the cases, but nothing crazy. I want to run this unmodified as it is a sponsored deal (BUY PINASCO STUFF GUYS!) ![](https://i.imgur.com/SBJgK3n.jpg) I could mount a normal intake carb on this with the crank and it would be super awesome! But hey, direct intake it is! ![](https://i.imgur.com/jj7XMSb.jpg) ![](https://i.imgur.com/ZM5a3e7.jpg) Here you can see the choices in intake you have ![](https://i.imgur.com/aAGcipO.jpg) and then, with ignition and CNC fan, this is where I stopped today ![](https://i.imgur.com/gZ6laqc.jpg)

Engine is in, but I couldn't fire it up just yet. it was too late. Spent a lot of time today doing the small stuff. Fork is in too, and I love how it came out, lowered and all. (ignore the wheels) ![](https://i.imgur.com/I8frTzF.jpg) ![](https://i.imgur.com/lAhGXdO.png)

Rode it yesterday
What a blast! Long transmission, constantly wants to move forward. Power delivery is not violent but constantly powerful. Cant wait to tear it back apart after a few hundred miles and work on that exhaust port.

Finally got around wiring. I don't wire stuff often, so there is a little pride here ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) Finally something to read. This is better written out then filmed. I had to mess around with a 12V battery to find out which wire does what. ![](https://i.imgur.com/vk8Olf6.jpg) The old harness was made for double 6V supply, so I needed to take some shortcuts. i created a new half harness that would combine Stator to battery. The P200 has 2 different circuits. One is driven off the battery. Tail/brake light, turn signals, horn, etc. DC. And an AC current which goes through a rectifier. So my small harness would connect both circuits to each respective output and Green is my Killswitch Orange is DC Red is AC ![](https://i.imgur.com/JH7exNP.png) ![](https://i.imgur.com/RTxju72.png) ![](https://i.imgur.com/rJc2a2q.png) The DC circuit connects to a Pinasco Rect. ![](https://i.imgur.com/a5t1rj4.png) And one of the outlets connects to my battery with a newly added modern fuse box. ![](https://i.imgur.com/Sip4WzM.jpg) Now if you noticed further up, the wires run in a Vacuum/Fuel line. This is for a slick look. The Junction box is rather messy as it was. There is no hole forward, only two outlets to the back. I drilled a 22mm hole and added a grommet (had to be sliced off slightly) ![](https://i.imgur.com/9smuBog.jpg) ![](https://i.imgur.com/yC4DudC.png) ![](https://i.imgur.com/uxKt0VA.png) Now, when I combine this with the Fuel hose wiring harness, it comes out like this: ![](https://i.imgur.com/DRFrSg8.png) With everything together, it looks pretty slick (Junction box lid is missing...) ![](https://i.imgur.com/5FHH35D.png) And here a fancy Instagram pic ![](https://i.imgur.com/4rGYMcT.jpg) I need to shorten the spark plug wire slightly and nibble a little off the shroud so i can fully fit it on. Gas tank got a fast flow fuel tap. It should be fully functional as of tomorrow.

BIG THANKS to pitobread for helping me with a fork link issue. ![](https://scontent-ort2-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/36826303_1200676336741819_6835645231329705984_n.jpg?_nc_cat=0&oh=c2e3d29043043058b196e47b60f07454&oe=5BE16142) The one i used to rebuild the fork was .1 mm too small, Indian tolerances i suppose are different.
