Oh Boy, i finally got it together and running. Love it, no other words. Pulls from low rpm with the JL exhaust and then just goes (although it is a little lean right now)
The 221cc I built for the other bike and this behave very similarly.

Quick update:
Rode it around the city and my 3rd and 4th kept kumping out, it seems i killed the shifter box. Dropped the engine, tore it apart, replaced the entire gearbox with something a little more modern, and took the opportunity to raise my exhaust port to 182/125 timings, may go higher potentially.
Furthermore I opened the reed block so i can fit a Vforce4. Engine is back together and about to get mounted back in the frame

Turned out friggin spectacular DRC! 80mph on 10 inch tires is a blast lol. Well, not that I've hit 80 on mine- 70 is my best but it's a rush!

Just read through your whole build thread again. Wow you've got some nice parts and a lot of time into this! Have you considered a variable timing ignition? Like Kytronik? What are your thoughts on variable iggy? I like the curves that the Kytronik gives. Could be something newer that's come out in the last year or so and I'd have no idea- not been keeping up on scooter tech ![:-/](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/undecided.png)

The fly tech from Pinasco has a variable curve. I think the most PRO aspect is that you get the benefits of low end power with safe high rpm, less overheating risk or pinging
