Went to mow grass with dad's mower and the mice chewed a wire. Fixed that and got done and went to drill out a bolt that broke off on my decks blade hub and started it crooked and just gave up. Looked at my triton clone and the sight glass on the master cylinder is crumbled and the cylinder is seized up. I'm done trying to work on crap for the day

That sucks! I hate working on lawn/garden equipment. I don't think I ever have a good day when I have to work on that stuff. Doesn't help that the grass gives me a headache and screws with my sinuses till the next morning. Everyone else thinks I have to like it, because I'm into small engines (like scooters and mowers are the same thing), and tries to get me to fix their junk.

I'm not real smart but was smart enough to know luck wasn't with me today lol. I quit drilling before I got far. Should be able to get a straight hole for the extractor but it wasn't looking promising today

Once you get a hole through carefully fold the threads to the inside with a punch.

It's gets awesome mpg but it ends there. Look at it the wrong way and it dents. 9'6" following a semi is not advisable, it walks across the lane. It's better when I get 4-55 gallon drums in it. Then it drives normal. POS.

Fun fact about the master cylinder sight glass: a dime fits in there perfectly.

Some days you just have to know when to put down the tools. Tomorrow is another day

seeing as how i can work on a scooter engine blindfolded pretty much, how much different are mowers and other small engines to work on?
