Well basically I thought about the 150cc 157QMJ engine scooters and well many of them are quite decent and actually a good friend mentioned they'll be looking into one. I found one that looked really nice with a sound design that matched the interest but it was still sort of pricey considering I'd have to take an motorbike class in my state for about $250 plus micro fees at the DMV for a license endorsement.
Roketa MCR-36-150 was ideally on the list as it seemed to have a slightly visually original design theory similar to Kymco People. But after inspecting the front wheel shocks wheel mounts I know after driving the TaoTao50 through some bumpier roads even when slow, that the MCR-36-150 just doesn't seem to have the side fork mounted wheel mounts reinforced enough to be considered safe in off-road to long-range conditions. Overall it had to be a visual advertisement for the Kymco People that has thicker genuine quality wheel hardware. A Yamaha Vino 09 125 I've seen has side-strut mounted wheels but a long delay of thick 'taper' to provide genuine quality.

Back to the ATM50-A1 with it's guaranteed basic yet quality characteristics:
The Air Scoop idea isn't original by any means. They sell them for about $15 shipped online for basic 1/2 corner options that graze within the body of the scooter and could be mounted to either catch air, or catch air and prevent sky to ground water input. I've seen people make larger more advanced designs with various debris screens (I figure med square screen will do), I'm looking into starting out another 139QMB again to try to get 20k mi out of it or something and this could help. If anyone has any feedback or experience with these things I'm just curious if it helped a few temps or not. _// Still have a new quart of Castrol EDGE 10W-40 around.

Admittedly a good choice of synthetic engine oil with reg/checked change intervals is the most affordable cooling. I found the oil cooler results 90GTVert in the link to be prove good oil and header temp adjustments.
The oil cooler seems quite nice reducing the header temps in addition. I'm going to consider experimenting with some stripe 35% pattern black 500-600F paint on all engine surfaces (or just utilize a discount spray can of high temp stuff in a light blanket where a good percentage of aluminum still retains conductive surface to air) in efforts to pull the UV heat out of the engine inner points and get max engine shroud and general surface area air cooling output.
Honestly I just want those bearings in the crankshaft and piston rings to last a long time. Then again the frame / suspension are variables of road choices, tires will always wear out, and the condition of other parts is a matter of how many layers of clear coat or weatherproofing are available. But definitely an oil cooler seems very practical, even beyond surface paint UV absorption, perhaps a thicker engine surface thin layer grease can equalize the conductivity just as well.
