Oh man that sucks!!! My Shadow boy past away a few years ago. The next week or so was very rough. His sister kept sitting by the door waiting for him to come back from the vet. I am really sorry for your familys loss. At least Tiny is not in pain and knew he was loved. |

Thank you all for being here....My wife Erica is taking it the worst as he was really her dog.
We are hanging in and treating Torquer extra good. He has been wondering around the house.
Then, this morning he just sat and stared at the food bowels like he always did when Tiny got his morning drink.

Sorry. It's not easy losing a pet and I think it's toughest for the other dog(s) That's why we got Pepper cause Nellie's friend Dooley died. We gave her 6 months to get over it before we inserted Pepper into the mix.

I'm sorry. I lost my Golden in '09. She died a week after my daughter was killed in a car wreck. She just dropped dead on the floor. My wife said it was because Kathleen needed her. Perhaps.

WOW Rocket that is the saddest/ best post I have ever read. Losing a dog is hard enough. But, Maybe Kathleen did need a loved one to help her out. This is the second time I have literally come to tears reading this thread. Not sure what that says about me but I won't be coming back to read anymore. Sorry I just can't take anymore I have since gotten new dogs Half Lab/ Pit mix brother and sister But, my lose still hurts years later. I can't even Imagine the lose of a child Rocket. Life goes on and time is supposed to heal all but, the memory remains. Take care of yourself and your wife 2Stroked |

Sorry to hear that Rocket.
Stay strong bong. I have shed so many tears the past few day my nose felt like it was gonna bleed and my eye bout plum dried up.... Its hard but we will live on. Our loved ones wouldnt want us to sulk in the weeds.
We went and visited Tiny today and left him some flowers and added more to his resting place. It is nice that we can visit as we please.

Man, i believe you are trying to break me down. Rocket...DUDE, i couldnt imagine, I'm so sorry.. I know it wasnt a pet, but i did have a woman die in my arms in a vehicle on smoky park hwy. That kindof messed with me for awhile. That was some whack stuff there. :jaw: Keep your heads up my friends.... |
