I am no expert on pricing but probably somewhere around there. Hell, they are selling those KYMCO scoots at the local Honda dealership for $3,500!!!

I think if the container were labeled: Highly Radioactive Do Not Open. There would be no problems, ha ha. I could be wrong though.
Bill
PS Remember Rainman, the movie? Tom Cruise's character was going to make a killing importing (I think it was) 5 Ferrari cars? Then, he found out, to make them smog legal in the US was going to cost him like $20,000/car and his profit was only going to have been like $5,000/car. Opps.
Of course, I think worrying about a FREAKING scooter polluting is a total waste of time. I mean, how much could one really pollute? Let's see, a scooter, or a tractor trailer....hmmmm. Scooter, or an SUV. Man those EPA idiots are indeed idiots.

For Off-road Use Only and don't sell them in states requiring registration on "mopeds".

Wouldn't buy the 4 strokes. Maybe a container of 2 strokes.

Those scoots are old Yamaha Zuma's. Probably most of them are 2t's. In my area I've seen them go for $1,100 to $1,500 for used ones. My friend just paid $2,400 for a new 2015 about 3 months ago.
Hit up Moofus02! He like them 2t Zuma's.
