Sadly there would be no way to legally register and ride these scoots in many states. Well, unless you believe the many Craigslisters who sell stuff with no title and say "Just apply for lost title" lol. Hey maybe while I'm there they'll go ahead and hand over the title to a really nice car I liked out in the parking lot. Shoot, maybe I can get them to hand over the deed to a real nice house I passed here too. "There's no record of me ever owning this, but can you please hand me the title in my name? I have this Bill of Sale written on a napkin!" lol. Never ceases to amaze me. Ok, ok title issue rant over. ;P
