That eBay link is a power inverter, not an amp.
You could use bigger speakers, as long as you can fit them somewhere. I had an old 4x6" speaker and I was messing around with it one day. I can tell you that with the amp supplied with the kit in my link needs the speakers up high and aimed at the rider to be most effective.
The battery info is all in that link. Short answer, I have been using that stereo with no charging issues.
