Thew wires (brake cables?) near the front tire seem to be rubbing against it, based on the damage to one of them. What can i do to protect them? I post a few images here.

A few zip ties may serve you well.

A few zip ties may serve you well. Yeah, that's what i was told. And i got the zipties. But, i'm looking for a little more direction. Please forgive me for being so clueless. Does that mean to fold the wires back? Or push the wires through that little tunnel and tie that (new) bulge down? I'm just not exactly sure what to do, or where it is best to have slack in the wires.

You might try turning left/right to see where the closest part of the tire is hitting the cable, then pull the cable up a bit so it's not rubbing, then tie it off with a few cable ties to that medal cable guide (in pic's #3 and 4) untell it clears. I would also wrap both of them with some electrical tape to keep them together and keep the cables from further abuse.
It looks like the brace plate has been bent up due to the scooter being layed on that side.

As 90GTVert mentioned above. Try capturing both cables(one on top of the other vs side by side in picture. Basically you are trying to move/relocate the cables further away form the wheel.

Well, we used a couple zip ties, one to hold the cords together, and the other to hold them to the cable guide. We'll have to see how that goes.
Thanx!
