Wife and i ran down to vegas 3 years ago, so i get what you mean. We took a trip to hoover/lake mead and i dont think we saw any less than 112 while we were out there. Kinda strange how the lack of humidity makes it feel less hot than it really is. Here in minnesota though, 95 degrees usually comes with 70% or higher humidity, and thats usually pretty oppressive. Stay cool good buddy
Yes, I would definitely prefer dry hot to humid kinda hot!
I remember when I used to visit me sister in MD, and one year it was 100 degrees f and 100% humidity! You couldn't breath! It really was disgusting. How the hell do you have 100% humidity?! sheesh

Got a chance to go ride with my buddy today while he rode the 400. I don't have access to my computer right now to add GPS info, but when I do I will add more clips of us racing.... Until the nut came off my clutch again |

How'd your bike handle the heat? It's been stupid hot here so I only ride at night when it cools down

Actually it's not the clutch, but the big nut that holds the clutch to the TD. It's the second time now that it's spun itself off. I think I'm going to put some red loctite on it. What ya'll think?

Never saw it happen before myself and it sure is annoying. |

The threads or something gotta be messed up on the nut. With the contra spring pushing on the clutch that nut should never come lose. You could try loctight, but IMO something else is wrong.
