Well I just spent 76 days in jail for a crime I did NOT commit. They changed bail from bail bondable to cash only leaving me hemmed up till trial. Went to trial and got out. Still have my job, how heavenly blessed, but lost my home. Temporarily! My landlord is at this moment working with me and law enforcement to get someone who moved in illegally while I was in jail and got a restraining order on me and stole everything I own. The SHIT HAS HIT THE FAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS!! I'm going in full salvo. Wish me luck will get back on line in the next few days when the smoke settles. OOHRAH! Semper Fidelis.....

Glad to hear from you again. Hopefully things take a turn for the better quickly and your biggest problem becomes deciding what to modify next on a scooter.

Glad you are out! Sounds like your lawyer didn't do right by you.
Did the person that moved in and got the restraining order screw up the bond also? How did you get charged with a crime? Sounds like something is real messed up and some person or persons are really messing with you. I hope you have a better lawyer and a private detective available. I hope your landlord is really working with you. How did he not know someone was in your place? Kick some ASS! Get your friends out looking.
I thought the clank clank was railroad stuff not chains and iron doors....

Nobody asks THE question so I will. Did you drop the soap in jail? [/jk] Good that you got your job back. That is an important part to get back on track. Crazy things you told here, I didn't know people just suddenly go live in a house that doesn't belong to them with all the stuff in it. Looking forward to your first, new 2T build.

It sucks that we live in a world & system when something like your situation you loose so much(possession and living arrangements) It is cool that you still have your job, mad props to your employer. Hope things get better for you.

Crazy things you told here, I didn't know people just suddenly go live in a house that doesn't belong to them with all the stuff in it. Happens more frequently than you might think. A few common scenarios: 1. Someone abandons the property because they default on their mortgage and squatters move in. The bank has to deal with this, but its usually not too bad because its trespassing and cops will get them out. 2. Someone "sells" or "rents" a person an empty home, either a summer home or an abandoned home, and gives them a full lease or deed to the property. Real owner shows up and someone is living there. Cops usually don't do anything about this and claim its a civil matter because the current inhabitants can show them a piece of paper that supposedly says that they have a legal right to inhabit. So you have to sue the dumb sucker that bought/rented someone else property and then they have to try to find the person that rented/sold it to them and sue them. 3. Knowingly move into someone else's home and then claim that its theirs and the other person has been kicked out/evicted/etc. Usually a spouse/significant other/family/friend. One that really only happens in Hawaii (my jurisdiction) is that a Hawaiian Native gets told by a fraudulent title company that Hawaii isn't a state and the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists (long story, government was overthrown by US Marines at the behest of wealthy business men, actually happened) and that legal transfers of land ended in 1893. And Surprise! your ancestors actually owned the land that this beautiful $700,000 house is on so why don't you just move in there while the real owners are in the summer home on the mainland. The title companies will then record a deed and cloud title enough that it causes a headache for the real homeowner to fix. And the title company pockets three or five grand and walks away. Surprisingly, this title company still exists for some reason, just under a new name.

Thank you brother's and sisters for your support. I was railroaded for having a kind heart. My Mother raised me better than what this bitch accused me of. But it's my word against hers and the government needs heads to create empty funding. I'm still not together. I've lost everything. My home of 3yrs my job of 12yrs. Maybe this is a higher powers way of kicking me in the ass and saying "GET THE FUCK OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!!". It's the positive spin I can put on it. If you can say that that is positive. Now I'm trying to get my truck going again so I can go back to Washington and get out of this place. It can get worst but hopefully not. I am humbled and beside myself as I freeze and get eaten alive by mosquitos on the Truckee River. Live to ride ride to live. Sprocket Jockey for life
