when you get this one all dialed in then you can start working on the next one.....I mean you probably wont get addicted and this is the only scooter you will ever own.

It was simpler when I was addicted to bicycles. Though suprisingly more expensive. Then I got into adding chineese engines to bicycles. Sure they are fun to ride and the thought that you could die at any moment had it's thrills, but I do beleive scooters are a better hobby.
Cheaper than golf, that's for sure

Ok, let's make sure I've got this right Correct, I think This too This is incorrect. It seems like the holes are recessed on that side. Maybe that's what confused me

At 36:14 this guy says "two shims on the right side" Now I don't know what to think youtu.be/0-GPXbM7qRUI was hoping I was wrong and it would solve my oil leak. On the upside, I'm getting really good at tearing into these engines and should help make any other project a breeze. I'm looking at a basket case Moby on CL. I hear they are a little more complecated than Puch, which I am more familiar with. But I digress.

I don't know about oil leak stuff.
There is a product that works great on 4t's (not necessary on 2t's), it's Marvel Mystery Oil. Mix 1/2 ounce to 1 gallon gas. This acts like leaded gas.The valves get lubricated and helps the engine run cooler. We use it in our classic cars, antique tractors as well as in the new cars, lawnmowers and my scooters.
Also use either Seafoam or Sta-Bil in the gas to stabilize the ethanol and these products also have cleaners in them.
