Ok, i think i got finally the good setup for my Kymco People 50 4t with a 72cc kit. 72cc Valve .002 inches 20mm Carburetor Original air box Main jet #88 Pilot jet #35 5.4G rollersAcceleration is good and top peed 45 mph (72~74 km\h) on a long country road(no wind). Last day, it was windy (24 mph) and the top speed of the scooter was 37~40 mph max (front of the wind)! After 20 miles the spark plug start to come brown. Do you think the rollers of the variator (5.4G) is to lite for the 72cc?Thank's for all the help i take here!

Glad it's running well. As acceleration and cruising is to your liking, the rollers will be fine.

Hi Vermi, I once got very good help from you with CVT settings, for the 50cc Kymco People S, Now thinking also to get 72cc Naraku. Question, is this what you have...also Naraku 72cc V2?
