Alright, so the funny angle is fixed, it is hooked up and throttle cables are done. WHAT. A. BITCH. This thing needs all the fucking plastics taken off to even remotely have access to anything. Not a fan. Anyway, leak down test tomorrow if i can throw together a kit and the time to fire it up once I figure out how to hotwire it, because my friend forgot to give me the spare key and I broke that one... (No folks, I DID NOT STEAL IT, just waiting on the spare key) I really really really like how straight it is.

Is I a 5 wire switch? I have a kymco people that the p.o had hot wired because the key was broke off in the switch. I've changed the switch but the p.o had removed the switch plug end from the harness and i unhooked the wires he had spliced without thinking lol had it 8 months and can't find a diagram anywhere. Good luck and if you figure it out how about sharing a little knowledge

DId a leakdown test today, have some leak issues around my bracket, so i have to redo some of the gasket stuff. I just got to get a proper milling head and flatten the drill I did over there, it is rather.... poopy.

Fixed the leak under the block, seems to come from the intake now. Letting rubber gasket dry over night, hopefully it will be good by tomorrow.
issue I have is a little dremel nudge accident that happend, I may have to plan the thing.

The intake is sealed, had to cut off a old piaggio reed manifold i had to make a bracket. The rear seal apparently tends to have issues on the poaggios which is why the reed valves have an extra ridge of plastic. Everything is super siliconed up. Not my prettiest work but the kymco shall fly with that 20
Now to button the plastic on an get the keys

Fitted a choke on there (Note from back in the 00's, PHVA Chokess fit with minimal manipulation on VM20's) Plastics are back on, and there is enough clearance with that seat on. Gotta get a jerry can full of gas, the keys and then hope for less snow so I can get to jetting. Also, I should put the exhaust back on...

I've got a friend that had one. He had your same setup with an Arechee 19mm and it went right in. That bike ran in the low 60mph range with just that.
