I quit using them totally after they posted adult ads with pics uploaded with family safe selected.

I lost every picture ever posted of my builds and some wedding pictures from last weekend. I got no response from support, so now I have to transfer it all over from google.

I use Photobucket and have had no problem (and it's free). My pictures from a few years ago are still there.

I have thousands of pics on photobucket and have for years. Some people don't like them because of ads, but they have been a reliable host for me.

I use Photobucket and have well over a thousand pictures on there. Some have been on there for close to 10 years. That's my go to. I only use postimage for quick uploads I don't care to keep.

I'm the same way. Photobucket for the ones I keep, post image for its quickness. I find postimage is best for forum photos.

I had maybe a dozen tech pics on photobucket. Then they notified me they were going to a paid account system. I did not pay so they removed them and blocked access for me. I can't see anything posted on photobucket by anyone.

I can't see anything posted on photobucket by anyone. Those bastards! Really, that is a bit heavy handed as far as marketing programs go. The ill will created by doing crap like this will far outweigh any small gain they might have achieved in membership fees. This is common sense and I have no idea why they don't get it. Same thing with my internet cable company. I have been with them for years and years and always pay my bill on time. Now, they are running a special offer for "new subscribers" that gives them a rate of 1/3 what I am paying/month for 3 years!!! Yes, this might bring in some new business but man, I have talked to many other folks like me that are pretty pissed off. Screw over your solid customer base to gain a few new subscribers. What a plan. Bill

After a few of those cable insults over the years I bought my own domain for email, my own VOIP phone service, and Netflix. I switch ISP's every time one of them comes out with a cheaper plan.
