I think they are the same width, but the 2T is taller and not as long. If there's some reason you can't wait to get parts, you can try a hardware store. They usually sell woodruff keys, not sure if any will work for this. You could also install the flywheel without a key. I did that on the SunL to get it in time and it stayed in place once tightened. Just gotta be careful installing it.

I seen a off set advace or retard key for a 2stk. Thinking about retard for 4stk NOS set up on J's scoot.

Just leave it out and install the flywheel wherever you want then. That would be the easiest and cheapest way. The taper will hold it in place, you just won't have the luxury of sliding the flywheel on without looking. Gotta get out a degree wheel or just guesstimate it. There's also the option of elongating the moutnting points on the pickup to allow you to move it.

yeah, he has done it before, it will stay put. Maybe a bad backfire or something might move it?

I know where you can get 5x2mm offset keys - does anybody know what size the 139QMB ones are?

From PFS : "Length: 12.9mm Width: 3mm Height: 2.5mm" And yes, like Robert said, I did it because the SunL's flywheel was 21 degrees off of TDC thanks to Chinese quality control. Worked fine. I'm sure it's possible to move in an extreme circumstance, but I'd trust this way and the timing I want more than stock timing and nitrous.

LOL I love your pointer GT. Looks like mine. Oh, if you folks don't have a wheel here's a free one. Cut out a cardboard circle with a compass, or whatever, and there ya go. www.tavia.com/free_degree_wheel.htmlRD

Something I never knew was the cam shaft gear is just pressed on. so it can be off by a few degrees. J found a adjustable timing gear that you press on where the stock gear was. Which means you can press the stock gear off then press it on at different timing postion.
