Very nice. This reminds me of my project except yours will most likey turn out better due to the use of higher quality parts.

Good job getting that mount fitted up. I've heard though that that mount doesn't isolate the vibrations from the motor. Any ideas on how you'll cure that?

Short little update:
My engine will actually be built overseas by my buddy who put together multiple championship winning bikes. Will be filmed. We got some support from Top Performances and Doppler, he is still secretive about the setup.

We got some support from Top Performances and Doppler, he is still secretive about the setup. Why don't you build it yourself? Yes and no. He got special Minarelli cases with a special intake, will do some porting to them etc. The actual "putting together" will be done by me here. (I consider "building" to be the proper case to cylinder work). I prefer a chef cooking for me then making spaghetti at home. Although my pasta kicks ass, it will always lack the experience of someone that made them 1000x

It has been slow, we have been waiting on parts. We got a porper intake to run the carb on the stock engine and fire it up hopefully soon (before tearing it apart again) Also ordered some aluminum radiators (niz76 found those dirt cheap ones on ebay!) And we got a shock. It turned out to be a bit longer then marked on ebay, BUT I think they fork will come up at least 5cm, so it will not look unbalanced.

Gained access to something tasty today. This is not our engine case but you will get the idea. Ours is going to the sandblaster end of the week.

won't be necessary really as we are not aiming for a giant carb but to be frank... we will see when it is time.
Also, not a fan of the 2Win range for ... reasons...
But yeah... the Top Performance Vforce reeds would be dope though. Good idea...
Edit: I am an idiot, the TP Vforce are on the shopping list
