Finally got a little bit of work done but got stuck on the stupid CDI, cant find a reliable wiring diagram for this thing, any ideas? I got from the engine: Triple plug with orange/yellow, black and white, then singles: white red, black THe CDI has: yellow/green in double, black red, bluewhite, and white/black (ground I would say for the killswitch) Other than that, here is some of the dope carb position

If I remember correctly my Yellow and green wires were for auto choke. Edit: still searching my archives for the cdi wiring

Engine Yellow/red = from lighting coil to regulator White = from lighting coil to regulator Black = ground (probably)
CDI Whte/black is probably killswitch/ingition switch Green = for powering coil I think...but green on yamaha cdi's usually is for the rev limiter (which would plug into a green wire coming from the stator).
So im not sure about the cdi. You are using parts from two different (minarelli?) engines. Can you make a pic of the cdi itself + wires and connectors? Where comes the cdi off of btw?

(probably hard/impossible to say, but i'll ask anyway ) They all have different cdi's with different wire colors

Give me 7 minutes and I'll run out and snap a pic of my c.d.i. on the spree. EDIT: Well I guess that didn't help. Pretty self explanatory on that one.

Oh it was really just to see if that engine runs and if we can get everything to fit
Now the next step will be to get the fork to fit and make brackets for the radiators while the engine is being built.

Nice case work! Did you do it or someone else? This case is currently in Europe, porting and engine work will be done there. It is from a Yamaha NEOS/MBK Ovetto
