Organizing a scooter ride n rant in South Florida on A1A from about Griffin Road North to Deerfield Beach. It's a very scenic ride and there's some nice restaurants right on the beach at the destination. Super nice ride along the Intracoastal waterway, passing some mega mansions of some celebrities and just enjoying the scenery. Doesn't really matter what you ride as long as it's two wheels. Then maybe grab a bite to eat and just show off your ride. The plan is to be somewhere where you can keep you eye on your scoot 100% of the time. I have a list of hundreds of customers I'll be notifying so I have no clue who will go. Could be just you and me tho....sounds like a cool time regardless If you're in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale to West Palm area and wanna join in, PM me for info. Two cool scooter prizes worth about $35.00 each will be awarded to the longest distance participant (came from the farthest away) and for either the most unique (or) fastest scooter to show up (49cc - 150cc). Date and time to be announced. Just PM me and let me know you're interested and bring along a few friends with scoots. South Florida is perfect for scootering year round, but especially nice as it cools into the 70's at night in the winter. Would like to make this into a repeating event. See if you can make it. This time of year you guys have the best weather for riding. Pretty nice from now until April. Sometimes I miss the colder weather and change of seasons but I don't do well in cold climates so here I yam. Would love to have you join us if it was possible |

Crap, I don't think I'll be able to make it from Tampa Bay to Miami on the scoot... I wonder how long that would actually take me? Sounds like a blast, everyone have a safe and awesome time! I wanna see pics.

I wanna see pics. Awww, it'll prob only be 20 hours of riding to get there and back if you can average 30MPH through traffic and lights and such. Add the event and gas stops and other food stops and it's only a 30 hour leisure ride if everything goes perfect.  |
