As the title stands, Im thinking about putting a 157qmj engine in my scoot that is fitted with a 139qmb, Is it possible? is there any kinds of kits/mounts to adapt the engine to fit or similar?

It is absolutely possible. It may not be easy though. Welding and fabrication skills are at least a huge plus, if not necessary. The only kits I recall were so expensive that you might as well buy a whole 150 scoot. Since the GY6 150 and 139QMB often use the same stators, wiring could be plug and play. There are a few different stators though and they may use different regulators and wiring so it's not a guarantee. If it happens to be a Ruckus clone (Chinese Ruckus/Chuckus), there's this : www.monstergy6.com/product316.html

It won't be easy, but it should at least be fun.
