Thamks to the 2 stroke love on this board, it's quicker acceleration, my hilly areas and the style of the bike is decided to make my next purchase an Adly Rt50. Anyone had any experience with this bike? Anything I should know? All I know is I am excited to get it and iv fallen in love with its design.

Sweet! Now find an engine from a CanAm/Bombardier DS90 and swap it in for some 100cc 2t fun!

That sounds like a hell of a plan actually. Until then I was thinking I'd buy a bore kit to give me some extra power here in KY hilly ass town haha.

Adly motto 90 will bolt on also. Adly are good bikes. A cheep big bore kit will wake it up well. I would consider that with the stock pipe for torque for the hills without drawing attention

Those 90 motors are around if you keep an eye open you should be able to snag a complete one for 150 or less

Arctic Cat DVX 90 may be another potential source of the Adly style of stretched short case 90cc engine. With any models suggested, be sure to check pics. Some could be short cases (not stretched) and some newer models may have switched to different ( 4T ) engines. There's nothing wrong with a good 70cc build either. They don't make big power like the race stuff, but I've had some very reliable cast iron 70s with great manners (not needing to rev real high and not so difficult to tune) that have been quite durable.

Cast iron 70 with a stock looking pipe would make a nice street ride

Thanks for the advice. I think IL start with the stock bike. Buy a bug bore kit and install it. Then plan on an ingine swap later. With the big bore I should be able to get around here in the NC mountains.

So, on 240 lbs about 6" tall. What should I expect for a top speed on the flat parts of town before and after I put the bore kit on?

Potentially a moped speeding ticket, and perhaps scooter impoundment if the officer discovers you are legally blind.

Actually no. You can be legally blind in NC and drive. Had CO workers at a factory for blind and visually impaired individuals who drove cars. Im just scared when driving a car so I never got a liscense. And obviously I'm not going to be going over the speed limit for NC, just want to know what the performance stats are.

Buy a stage6 streetrace bbk, a pro replic pipe, a 17.5mm carb, a kevlar belt and a straight groove torque driver sheave if needed and you'll be set. Or if you want a real good budget build, get a motoforce sport bbk 12mm, naraku hpc crank 12mm, a tecnigas next r pipe some jets for the carb and some roller weights and you'll have good power, fast acceleration and decent top speed.
