Also looks almost identical to the (ridiculously heavy) tree in my Adly Jet (Jog clone) frame. I'd be interested in dimensions and weight too. It's so heavy that I'm almost considering trying to convert it to the much lighter Vento Zip one I have here!

That triple tree is made for disc break type scooters. It says it is a racing fork and that's about it with the info on that thing. No dimensions.

Well guys I know for a fact that my stem is only 27mm wide. If Tsimi knows off hand what his Stem width is? His being a newer Jog. Mine being a older jog. For some reason I was under the impression of the newer jogs being thicker.

'O'VerseNot sure what my stem thickness is, never really took the scooter apart till there. But 27mm sounds close. I think another and more important factor is the length of the stem. I know a guy he tried to use a grand axis stem on his Jog, to be able to use the grand axis 12 inch wheels, but the stem was a bit too long so he let a shop cut it down for him. There is really very few info around those stems which makes them a hit or miss thing when purchasing.

drc174 True. I had to weld my old jog stem onto your piaggio triple tree to get it to work. Before heading out on vacation I stopped by the powder coaters to change the rim color from white to blue but I snapped a couple pics anyway. The white came out nice. Probably would have been really clean alongside the white frame.

I thought I'd Ginny pig this one for you guys since the voca was twice that price. All I got on the voca was a 26mm stem width. No fork width. No overall length. And the ncy triple trees only say for the ruckus. So..

I think you're right Tsimi I had this problem with my axis when I was converting it from drum to disk brake. The stem of a diskbraked axis (virually a Jog) is shorter than the one from a drumbraked. So I needed to swap over and weld the drumbraked stem into a diskbraked triple tree to make it work. I think the thickness of the stem isn't the most important dimension....it's the length and the location of the threads for tightening and securing the fork in the frame.

Well after long a debate of which color the rims should be. I cancelled my order for them to be painted blue. And kept them white. I think I'll have more options with fork color and they'll stand out more next to a brand new engine.
