Also picked up another bleeder banjo for the 77 while I was there. Man I love having a top notch Scooter shop near me.

Let me install it here in the next couple days. That way I can take some more pics. And make it a complete review.

I doubt it’s review worthy due to the fact that it wasn’t really the right part. Had to trim some meat off the cases in both bolting spots to get the Torsen deep enough on the wheel pin. But I got the Polini WD Torsen installed. And a bracket made up to hold the exhaust. The rubber bushings that hold the exhaust up wasn’t a tight fit. Replaced my exhaust O ring and everything’s running good. Hopefully this alleviates the stress on the stock cases some.

Gonna have both bikes dyno’d at the upcoming Scooterswapshop BBQ. See what a stock Rc-one with .7 squish is producing. Then it’s banshee reeds, cnc’d intake riser, and 35mm keihin time. 🚀 🚀 🚀

Torsen swing arm wasn't lining up properly. Wasn't sealing the exhaust properly. Had to take it off till I figure something out. But it's running good without it 👍.

A couple days ago I took a spin around the block and one of my copper 90 elbows in my radiator hoses popped out. Right by the cylinder. Shut the bike down as quick as possible. Temps got up to 195. Which I’m not a fan of. The sanded ends of the copper 90 just isn’t enough to be safe. So I went to my local hardware store and picked up some 1/2” by 1/2” inch brass elbows. Well it fit tight in my 5x8” radiator hose but the casting is so thick on a brass elbow. That it was restricting flow from 5/8” down to about 3/8”. Which wasn’t working well for my small electric water pump. So I went to Home Depot after work yesterday and found these. 3/4” to 3/4” “Apollo” Pex brass barbed fittings for Pex pipe. Really tight fitting in the hose. With a side wall of a little over a 1/16” And they look smooth inside. Like they were ported and polished. 😆

Totally missed your post. I apologize for that Birdman. It was last month on the 24th I think. Couldn't get the bikes there so it was a no go. Didn't want to spend the $100 to get the bikes there and back plus dyno fees. It'll have to be next time. I went drank a cold one and left. Totally depressed. More so because it would have been a possible selling point for Brandon at sss.

For lighting? I'm definitely into it 👍 But, I've already got a tusk lighting kit that's battery operated. Led tailight and blinkers.

Ground tab location broke off. Fried my Stage 6 tach and dual temperature gauge. SSS just sold there last Polini tach and dual temperature the day before I called. So I ended up going with a Koso from Amazon. Should be here in about a week or so. I'd be nice to get this bike back on the road soon.
