It's a great Dellorto for its 28mm size. But I still have the Banshee reeds and cnc'd intake to put on this bad boy. I just haven't purchased the 35mm keihin yet to mesh it all together. You were saying that we should dyno both to see the difference between the carbs. I'm kinda hinting towards that myself. Larry's MHR 77 build is coming off the lift soon. Then the RC-One goes up for squish reduction and race gas. Then it's dyno testing time. I might swap out the 28mm keihin on the 77 for the 28mm Dellorto VHST. Its that good.  |

You can always get a VBox sport! It has a Dyno function that’s pretty accurate. I have a Dyno myself and like to use the VBox as well to compare.

Polini Torsen came in. Didn’t get a chance to actually see if it’s a guaranteed fit. But I did try to line up the mounting holes. And it’s close. Once I get a chance to put it up on the lift. I’ll see if It fits.  |

Had to dig this out of builds page 3. Damn we got a lot of builds going on. Anyway. Tried to install the Polini Torsen swing arm. Everything fits except the wheel pin. So I'm trying to order one now. I needed part number 290.0128.

With shipping from somewhere in Europe it would have come to $50 for a new wheel pin. Not including possible customs charges. Called SSS while at work since there a certified Polini dealer in my area. Turns out Brandon just so happened to have a specially made wheel pin on hand that he had custom made for a minarelli Rc-one with a drag tire. Didn’t need it. Let me have it for $30. Sold. Just checked fits perfect. Just for future reference an Rc-one Minarelli needs the long case Piaggio Polini WD Torsen swing arm (172.0013) and a Minarelli Aerox-Jog Polini wheel pin (290.0128). Also picked up another bleeder banjo for the 77 while I was there. Man I love having a top notch Scooter shop near me.  |
