Bought yet another Tusk rear taillight. This we’ll be my 3rd. Internal soldering isn’t the sturdiest. So I also picked up a hot glue gun. Gonna open up the new light housing and hot glue the connections. Need a new soldering iron. Possibly fix the first 2.

Dude, you build some awesome scoots! Thank you sir. That actually means a lot to me. I was a little amazed myself how clean it actually came out. Although I think this black, orange, and white build with Spaz’s parts is gonna be a close competitor. I’ll try to get some pics side by side for us when it’s done.

I just use the eBay bits and a caliper to check. Ebay bits link please.... lol! I can’t seem to find a link to the one I have, mine go from .4mm - 1.6mm. “Mini precision drill bits” should bring up plenty and you just need to find the range you need.

get a number drill set that starts at #80
Can also get small metric drills.
