If it's happening in all temps it could simply be overly rich at idle. Try opening the filter cover a crack to introduce more air (which will lean it out)- might need to remove a couple screws from it and loosen a couple other then jam something in there to keep it open a crack. If it solves the issue you know you're too rich at idle!

Just wondering. My fuel filter looks a little grody. Could be starving for fuel maybe?

If it were starving or lean it would probably run better at first while the enricher is still engaged...

Change the fuel filter anyway. Best to keep a clean one on your scoot.
