Luckily, it doesn't matter a whole lot what the make and model is. With Chinese scoots, they're built in a handful of factories and then re-badged/re-branded tons of times. You mostly need to know the type of engine that you have and the body style to get parts. From what I can see, it looks like you've got the 139QMB 4T engine. That one is the most common these days and parts are usually pretty easy to find. Check out chassis # 6 here : www.scrappydogscooters.com/CHASSIS_PARTS.html

The hinge side? They usually are part of the seat bucket on Chinese scoots.

Took a while but I figured out exactly what my scooter is. Only problem is the site you linked does that seem to have a body style similar to mine. I have a 2011 qingqi fizz. All the plastic is rough and the light lenses could use replacing too. Is it possible to strip all the plastics off and choose from one of those types as long as I change the head and tail lights assemblys?

Not all panels will fit all frames either. I'd sooner figure out a naked configuration with aftermarket lights (that outperform and outlast the stock stuff).

actually haven't thought about that. Just figured it wouldn't look right with exposed wiring. Any ideas on hiding them?

If you have a black frame and put a black covering on the wiring, it's not too bad. My naked scoot has a partial floorboard and a little of the leg shield cut down for a thin center section. Those things make it even easier to make the wiring less noticeable. Mine are by no means hidden, they just blend in a bit. I think the only way you're going to truly hide them on a naked scoot is to find a way to fish them through the frame. That's gonna be more trouble than it's worth for anything short of a show scoot, I'd think. Relocating some accessories to any spots where there are panels or other objects can make it less noticeable too. For example, my turn signal flasher was relocated to just in front of the battery box under the floorboard and my regulator now mounts just behind the seat bucket.

Shipping body parts is just expensive, there really isn't any way around it unfortunately.
