That is one clean looking scoot there, with some well done mods. Is the fan used for cooling the CVT?

Thanks you guys, I've been a lurker for quite some time. Oldgeek the blower tube is attached to a hole I cut out on the left side of the motor cowling using a dremel. After a few beers(thinking mode) you have your fan over the strator shooting fresh air in, but really didn't have a good flow out. This took care of that, the only real problem I had was attaching the pipe to the hole. I tried glueing and other ways to attach it but with the clearance and flex of the motor it always seemed to come off. So,,,like a friend keeps telling me "keep it simple stupid" so I feed the pipe in the hole and zip tied it, to give it the flex it needed. The chrome tape helps but isn't holding it on. The front fan 120mm throws fresh air over the whole motor to give the carb clean air. These two fans are run by the control box and is set to go on at 120degrees F and shut off at 100degrees F. The censor runs under the cowling by the cylinder. You would be amazed that it gets up to 160 degrees. The blue switch turns on the cooling and the red turns on the running lights. The two toggles in the compartment turns power to those off(so you don't have to woory someone would turn them on when your away)....anyway thanks for having a place to show my tinkering. and oldgeek the CVT get it's air flow from the intake attached to the front sticking out so it can grab the wind. Thanks for looking

Hello Senna1Rossi, thanks for asking 139qmb 80cc bbk,A9 cam,4/5 valve gap, true 20mm carb(had to switch out the needle and remove the bottom spring and plastic spacer)..needle at second slot, dialed in with 95 main/35 idle/2.58 mixture adjust. 93 octane. CVT 5.5 sliders with 1500 clutch and torque springs. All ignition is performance orange stuff, orange why not blue?
