Having trouble finding the body style of this scooter to find replacement plastics. It's a 2011 qingqi fizz 50cc. So I was wondering if it would be possible to I guess "retro fit" another style onto this frame without major gaps. I'm aware I'd have to replace the headlight and tail lights assembly to get a good fit. It is a larger sized 50cc so I know say a toa toa wouldn't work. I've noticed the frames of these Chinese scooters seem to be just about the same and since I can't find any of the pieces of this brand or the sinnis falcon (which is what this scoot is modeled after, except for the one holding the gages which is the only peices that's not damaged) so I'm hoping to just strip all the plastics off and do a complete swap unless some one knows where I can actually find matching panels. It's too far busted to ride and runs too good to just give up on it now

Well I decided to go bare just waiting on new gauges and lights. Going led with those and gunna get my friend to machine and weld on some brackets once they arive so everything fits nicely. Will probably repaint the luggage rack and handle bars orange to tie in the exhaust. Should be interesting when I'm done

I will. Just been doing little things since while I wait like rewrapping exposed wires and trying to tuck them away as best i can. Even cleaned the rust off the exhaust. It was pretty neglected but it was free. I've put about $120 into it so far. Got a new variator with 6g roller weights, performance clutch, new plug and wire, aftermarket air filter, and racing cdi. The claim was that it has an 80cc BBK when the last person bought it but I'm doubting it since everything else appeared stock. Looks like it's an aftermarket exhaust but still not 100% on that either but sounds fairly deep compared to scooters I've seen riding around. All I had to do to get it to run was clean the carb, replace the fuel filter the belt. The new lights are running me around $60. All in all I'd say it was worth the effort so far

If you're replacing the stock air box with that aftermarket air filter, b sure to upjet the carb!

It was supposedly rejetted for the BBK but honestly should still check to see. What sizes do you recommend? And is there a quick way to check if there is really a BBK installed? And it already had a cone air filter but was rusty and looked like it had been squeezed by something and had started to come loose from the chrome plate on the carb side. And had that God awful yellow paint on the other end. It literally looked like a happy meal with the red plastic hahaha

Well so far all my parts are in except for my headlight. Got the tail lights wires figured out and the plate lights spliced together with the running lights, just waiting for the bracket to be made to wire those in. Front turn signals wired in and retro style Guage clusters are fully functional. Had to change the order of the wires in the connectors but took about 5 mins. luckily they used the same color wires so made it easy. Soon as these headlights come in my friend will start on the brackets I need for everything to be bolted on. Shouldn't take very long with that. Next step is to cut down a mud flap and bolt to the rear of the seat bucket to stop trash and dirt from flying onto the motor and onto my air filter. Luckily my job has plenty of those just laying around and won't have to buy one to cut up. Will post some pictures after I have my brackets made and maybe one more after everything is done. It's all coming together nicely can't wait to ride it's already starting to warm up

Finished everything but the paint. Not gunna be a show shooter but it's better than busted plastic. Put a floor board in with a thick heavy duty mud flap for 18 wheelers cut to size to hide the battery and wires after the pic was taken. Runs about 47 MPH swapped out to 6g slider weights. And does actually has the 80cc bbk.
