From what I've heard even though the frames are almost identical to other Chinese scooters it wouldn't line up right, problem areas would be the plastic behind the steering stem, around the gas tank, and tail lights. Changing to a different tail light won't work unless you can weld, and rarely any bolt holes would line up. Headlights to fit the new plastic mite not have the same connectors either. Would be aggravating. Could do a bare frame but would need to weld and get aftermarket lights and gauges to make it look decent. Google bare frame scooters to get an idea of what I'm talking about. I'm attempting that myself since I couldn't find replacement plastics

I'll bet wk360 has got it just about right. It sounds like the sort of thing that should be possible, but won't be worth trying.
Even if you could get a vendor to sell you a complete body panel set it might be nearly impossible to get them shipped to you without being broken into little pieces.
If you want to get something different going, you might just need to fabricate it yourself.

Some yes and some no. I was able to swap front plastics and headlight assemblies on my Triton clone but wasn't able to use other plastics on my Venice. Picture of the Triton swap.

Well, don't have to worry about body swap anymore. Lent my scooter to my friend. He got arrested for a old warrant. Scoot impounded! 250 to get it out! B.S.
