Any news on the situation? As of this moment, nothing. I will likely try to phone them sometime next week. A friend of mine that lived in Germany told me most every company there has someone that can speak english, it's kind of a status symbol to be able to speak english. But do they also speak American?

Hi oldgeek and all. I am an American living in Thailand...plus 3 years in China before that. Depending on where your order originates and equally importantly, what US Customs port...you could be barking up 3 different trees! Supplier/Export Customs/Import Customs.
If we order anything from the US/Canada...it will be opened and inspected before any Thai delivery, then "repackaged"...with 30 to 40% fees on invoice value! Note worthy: If you are lucky enough to "import" your parts on your own via air flight, you will find near zero export scrutiny outside of the US. To the credit of TSA agents, they are the best in small towns...OK in big centers.
What you have shown appears to be the average Chinese package, made from recycled junk that was thrice recycled prior. Dog hair boxes would be an improvement.
Before you think I am bashing Thailand, they are by far the best in Asia...I had much the same shite when buying from HK or China or Indonesia even Singapore. Philipines, Spain and some others?? Taking home delivery in Montana, I found a carbon fiber front fender with serious gouges in it...NEW! It was not manufactured like that, but the US Government and minions do not give a crap! You get it and you pay for it. Same in Thai, same in China, same in many other places I have lived. I buy many, many parts as needed, which is why I buy local...wherever that may be.
Someone mentioned a note to CS? (Acronyms are the scurvy of modern man...Ie :Chicken shit? Charlie Sheen, etc.)...but if you mean Customer Service, forget that, if from Asia or some parts of Europe. They have no clue, no training, no care...it doesn't matter to a worker making 300 Bhat per day as in Thai. ($8.50 per day or less, not per hour). You simply get your super inexpensive if damaged parts and fix them! Still cheaper! Get it? The reason you can afford foreign parts is just that! It has no effect on them whatsoever!

Well after opening a case with Scooter Attack CS and no reply to my emails, I give up. It just is not worth MY time and effort. You can be sure they will not be getting any of my money again.....unless they have something I REALLY need. Damm scooters!

That will get their attention. Basically tell the CC company you didn't get what you ordered.

You serious? I have received most of my stuff from them. Crank and carbs and many other stuff. Never seen such a beat box or cardboard. I mean that stuff travels half around the world to reach me and I never had problems with them. On the contrary, I would even highly recommend them. Not sure why your order turned out to be such a mess though. If you need any help translating something to german for better communication just let me know.

This is interesting. Oldgeek and I have both had quite negative experiences with Scooter Attack. Not sure why. I like their website, but got the feeling that they seem to think they are "experts". I would never buy from "sales" people who tell me "you can't", but always from those who can show me I can, and how! Even at 60...not many!

I bought gears from them and they also were also loosely packed. I got all the gears but there was a hole in the box. It was a thin box. This is one of the reasons I always use PayPal for online purchases. Much easier to dispute I think. Maybe try emailing a different department.

I want to know how this turns out it does take time to hear from them when emailed but I have gotten responses from them as I been bugging them trying to find out if STage6 Pro Rep pipe is gonna be made available again for Kymco 2T engines only thing I've ever ordered from them so far was a NextR chrome pipe and it came in tecnigas packaging and in great condition.

On 3/13, not long after I revealed Scooter Attack as the company the box came from, I decided to send them one last email. I simply stated "Why have you not contacted me concerning this ticket/order? Ticket#2017022210002108 RE: ORDER #3900003655"
They replied the next day and said they had no record of the ticket, and wanted me to open another one. I instead replied with the original email they sent me when I opened a ticket with them. I also resent them the pictures of the package as it looked when it arrived here.
So after a few emails over the last couple days, today they refunded the money for the missing parts. I would be much happier if they would send me my parts, but I guess they dont want to shell out another $42 for shipping like they made me pay on the original $117 parts order. Yeah I am kinda pissed, I would never have made the order in the first place, and I sure dont need the gears that did make it here without the missing ones to go with them.
I give them an A+ for quick resolution after they finally acknowledged me, (the original ticket was created on 2/21) but they get a F- for how they resolved it.

Did you let them know that they NEED to a BETTER job with their packing habits ?
Let face facts, if they gone the extra mile with better packing practices, you both would be ahead. Especially with small parts, you just done chuck them in a box with some packing and send it off.
I ordered a carb rebuild kit, when it arrived one gasket was hanging out of the bottom of the box, if it wasn't for the tape that held the box together,(the sticky part stuck to the gasket package)it would be lost.

Of course several times. Like I previously said, I have ordered plenty from them, and a couple other times the boxes were mangled OR coming open. One of them was a shoe box type package with 1 plastic strap holding the lid on in the middle of it. The lid was ripped and flopping back when it arrived, how nothing was missing is incredible on that one.

I had the similar issue with a different company when I ordered the Polini Evo variator. There suppose to be 6x 3.8g and 6x 3.2g roller weights I got 12x 3.8g I told them that they owe me 6x 3.2g roller weights. They said they give me coupon worth a roller weight set. Problem is shipping is not included and would have cost me $40-50. So that coupon did not get me the right roller weights. It also took 3-4 emails and almost 1 month to get me that coupon. It sucks big time but I guess that's the risk we have to take when ordering overseas.
