I picked this up over a year ago and found out how handy it can be to have. You snap it on one of the newer 12 volt or 20 volt Dewalt batteries and it becomes a portable dual usb charger, with some serious battery capacity and incredible charging speed. It also has a LED indicator that shows the amount of power remaining in the Dewalt battery you are using. IRRC it cost $29, but it is handy to have around. By the way, the Dewalt 20 volt impact is perfect for most scooter work. It will NOT knock off the rear wheel nut, but most anything else it takes care of.

I will attest to this. I own two and over a half dozen batteries including a couple of the big 5Ah. Comes in handy when the power goes out. Kept our phones and some USB flashlights charged during the outage.
