49cc with bbk build up

Well after whinging in another post about aches and pains things are finally happening after I walked away yesterday after a tantrum my 3 yr old grand daughter would have laughed at.

No problem with air leak here then

Time to have tantrum and walk away. 




Then next morning realise you had left the valve adusters loose so off with cover again adjust and retighten and put on inlet tract. Tomorrow carry on

which bbk you going with? and hey at least you remembered that you left the rockers loose.

Yes I remembered that Gregg but cannot remember if it was a proper 100cc kit or one described as which maybe smaller. I shall check back on fleabay.

You haven't reached the "tantrum" point yet.....that usually comes during the tuning in phase

Be prepared for a little more bumpy ride before it's ready to go. Hope you read all the info here on the 50mm BBK?

Thank you Humanshield, I am taking time out from pushing myself to much. The tuning starts tomorrow and tantrums there will be none
I shall look up the 50mm thing a bit later or tomorrow

Hah! No tantrum today humanshield all went fairly well ( see my other post for details) 😝

Some more pics after getting it running, still needs fine tuning as runs fine without airfilter box even after box had its restrictions removed it popped on the last bit of the throttle done about a mile and plug a bit sooty but did not expect much after a mile. I done more but not checked it just put it away so may need to wait till get a K&N type filter.
