Hi, I found best spec ever, after testing and some changes: Weights: 8g. Clutch springs: Malossi white Driven face spring: Malossi Yellow. Speeding/acceleration from 0-50km is about 4-5sec. Top speed: not known, as still having drive in process due to new piston and cylinder. Hills speeding up, not losing power. Just keep this post, maybe there is somebody else with same Kymco People problem(s). Thank you for the ideas

Hello again, problems problems problems :swear: with spec I had it was fine about 60km. Then again no power, or acceleration. At the moment I have: CDI - free unit. Iridium spark. Weights: 8,5g. Clutch springs: Malossi white Driven face spring/Torgue: Malossi ( 2000rpm ) Red. Compression in the engine is 10atm And on the spido 16 000km I was truying also Malossi Belt, but Kymco People has somekind of special clutch, like with small teeths, and normal belt cannot be used, so still riding with the old one until I will need to change all the clutch just to use Malossi belt. So nice bike :stars: Same old question...if you know factory specs for this scoot?

HEllo there, Have you happened to adjust the valves?
Having to change all for the malossi belt doesnt make sense, you shouldn't have to do that. Maybe you looked at a different size belt by mistake?

The pipe looks good and sounds good! :thumb: You need to take that rear pulley apart and see what's hung up. Clean everything. make sure you have free movement of the torque driver before reinstalling the contra spring and clutch. Check again to make sure the pulley opens and closes and that the spring is keeping good pressure on the pulley. More info... 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=transtech&action=display&thread=357Not sure what those wear marks would be from. Could be something to do with the malfunctioning rear pulley, maybe not? Best thing I can tell you is to look over the drive boss and variator faces for any burrs or anything that could rub the belt as well as taking care of the TD as said above.

Thank you for reply and instructions, all is moving very well, but this ring on the clutch... At the moment I have somekind of another clutch without this ring.., as this one didnt work properly with malossi belt.
And those strange markings on the belt...is manufacture making. And as you can see in the video, also clutch has somekind of special ring, where those marked places on the belt are running.
And does anyone know stock/original ( even chinese.. ) size of the boss drive ?

got Dr Pulley 5g. rolls... Clutch springs: yellow malossi. Torgue spring: stock ( any chinese) Valve: 84 Perfect, what else can I say. Variator is finally set as it should, unrestricted CDI, Iridium spark plug and slider rolls. Now its more like 125cc Tested it: hill is 45degrees, before 35km/h max, now 45 without a problem. Very fast takeover, end speed is about 65km/h with my 110kg body on it If there is any questions about Kymco People S 50cc, I think finally I know all
