I helped a friend get his razz going. finily got it puring like a kitten. Now it has a squeak at the rear wheel. At least thats where it sounds like it is coming from. What is back there that would squeak. Nothing is rubbing on the tire or rim. And it dont sound like any baring I ever heard on a car. I checked the gear lube and i can see it but i dont know how much to put in or what waight lube to use.

Oh, whew! It's a scooter problem. I thought we had a mouse! Most likely the squeak is from the drum brake. If you take the wheel off you can sand the drum and shoes a little and it may help. Look everything over well before reassembly. Might wanna roll it around and listen before reinstalling the exhaust to be sure you got it.

My 07 Beamer was doing the same thing. It was driving me insane. removed rear wheel and sanded brake shoes a little, also removed glaze from the drum and it stopped squeaking.

the fuel pump (?) was leaking I fixed that and now it dont squeak anymore. The gas must have coused something to expand and cause the spueak. I didnt do anything else after i fixed the gas leak. it sat for 2 days and no more squeak.
