pricing up the project

Sitting in the midday sun here in Portugal on holiday in Carvoeiro doing very little I worked out how much it cost to make one good scooter out of two I bought
I put on new carburettor,80cc bbk,exhaust system, switchgear,headlight.
Total cost
Canadian dollars 124.8
US dollars 166.4
This includes applying for new registration document( Title) CD 15 USD 20. Mot ( government roadworthiness test ) CD 18 USD 24
I have not included insurance but to have 4 motorbikes and scooter on one policy from 125cc to 450cc cost me £180 in British currency.
Damn I forgot the new variator and quality belt andd clutch spring which came to £22
I now have all the leftovers which at one point I nearly chucked but am either going to build it up for a 4hour endurance race or put back on road. I thinking keep all the spare panels for the other one or any others that comes along.

Sandstorm we are here all week am walking down town in abit going to Harrys bar for a bite to eat. Not sure how far away you are in kilometres. Tomorrow we catching a local bus to town beginning with S. Silvo is it, wife knows the name. Off to the market and castle there I think. Rest of week probably best as not got anything on.
