So, about 8 months ago I lent my a guy my scoot! (I know it will never happen again!) And he never came back with it. Said police impounded it! OK well I'm stupid for doing so. But about a week ago a "friend"says his cousin has a 150 and need the clutch taken off. Then I can have the rest of the motor! I think great! But then I see the motor and it turns out it was mine from the scoot that the other guy took! Now I wonder?? Where is the rest of my scoot? Can I have that back also?  I hate this town and everybody in it! I wish I could go back up north where normal ppl live and not try to screw everyone over as much as possible!!! |

What's going on? why won't they look into this? That sucks.
We have such a small town people get away with burning there own cars and getting an insurance coverage return 😕

I try to think the best of people, try to help them. And all I do is get shit on. Constantly! I don't even know why I try anymore! In fact I'm not going to. I'm pretty much done trying to help anybody.

I'm screwed on the fact your "friends" cousin had the engine. Are they secretly trying to give it back? lol they must know your "guy" somehow. You should do some back tracking and find out where exactly that scoot came from. I guess the VIN is on your engine? But i know my frame has my VIN aswell....

Did you file a police report? Even if you lent it, it's still theft. Or trespass of chattell, depending on local laws.

Local law don't care about scoot thief's. This area is crazy with scoot thefts. The only way the popo care is if you get pulled over on one and it's stolen. I'm lucky to get my engine back Even though it won't hold compression for some reason?
